Cool Springs Baptist Church has a Vision for Pickens and North Cherokee Counties. Part of that vision is the opening of a Christian school, The Living Water Christian Academy, to live out the mandate in Proverbs. The first step in opening the Academy is the establishment of the Bright Beginnings Preschool.
Bright Beginnings Preschool is a Christ centered, A Beka curriculum program for children 2 to 4 years of age (by September 1st). A Beka is a wonderful, nationally recognized school curriculum company that has an emphasis on phonics, math, and social skills, but in the context of a Biblical worldview. We are not a day care facility. We will prepare children to enter kindergarten while exposing them to the message of Jesus Christ.
Classes are held Monday through Wednesday mornings, from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm. Our yearly calendar will run in accordance with Pickens County's School Calendar. Tuition is $155.00 a month. (A 10% discount is available with multiple students.) There is also a $75.00 non - refundable registration fee. Each applicant will be responsible for some age appropriate school supplies.
